Habanero 'n Pineapple RITZwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 Ritz Crackers
  • 1/4 lb. (115 g) Monterey Jack cheese with habanero peppers, cut into 24 slices
  • 12 fresh pineapple pieces (2 oz.)
  • 12 sprigs fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Place  crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.
  • Bake  3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Place  pineapple and cilantro on 12 topped crackers; cover with remaining crackers, cheese sides down, to make 12 sandwiches.
