Goat Cheese & Pesto Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large red pepper, roasted
  • 24 Triscuit Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 4 oz. (115 g) surface-ripened goat cheese, cut into 24 slices
  • 1/4 cup pesto

Instructions

  • Cut  pepper into 12 strips, then cut each strip crosswise in half.
  • Top  crackers with cheese, pesto and peppers.
