Creamy Mediterranean Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (250 g) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (360 g) roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
  • 1 pkg. (200 g) feta with oregano, sun-dried tomatoes and cracked peppercorns cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  •  Ritz Crackers

Instructions

  • Spread  cream cheese onto bottom of pie plate.
  • Combine  all remaining ingredients except crackers; spoon over cream cheese.
  • Serve  with crackers.

Recipe Tips

Make AheadRed pepper topping can be prepared ahead of time. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 24 hours before spooning over cream cheese as directed.
