Avochiliemonscuit (avocado+chili flakes+lemon) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 18 Triscuit Roasted Garlic Flavour Crackers
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Instructions

  • Cut  avocado crosswise into 18 slices, then cut each slice in half. Place in small bowl.
  • Add  lemon juice; toss lightly. Place on crackers.
  • Sprinkle  with crushed red pepper.

Recipe Tips

Special ExtraGarnish with quartered lemon slices or lemon zest before serving.

Special ExtraSpoon 4 tsp. sour cream evenly over avocado slices (on crackers) before sprinkling with chili flakes.
